About Levo Insight
The Formation

Joe – Founder and Data Strategist for small businesses at Levo Insight.
Before Levo Insight, I spent five years in landscaping — long before I ever touched a spreadsheet professionally. Later, I moved into data analytics and risk management in healthcare, working closely with executives and our facility’s CEO on process improvement across the organization. Overtime, I learned the value of data: data isn’t just numbers on a screen, it’s the difference between guessing and knowing. An MBA in financial and investment management came next. Levo Insight was born out of everything before it.
Here’s the myth I kept running into: data analysis is only for the big players. It’s not. The real barrier for small business owners isn’t belief, its time. You’re putting out fires every day; you don’t have hours to gather, clean, and connect your own data into something you can act on. That’s where we come in.
Home services specifically, because the problem runs deepest here – multiple crews, trucks, and services across shifting seasons, running on systems that were never built to talk to each other. Levo Insight connects them, unlocking information you already had but couldn’t see.
The Importance of Data
Most small business owners already have the data. What they don’t have is a way to read it. Job histories, invoices, marketing spend — it’s all there, spread across systems that were never built to talk to each other, buried under formats built for analysts, not operators.
The businesses that figure this out don’t do a little better — they pull ahead by an order of magnitude. According to McKinsey Global Institute, data-driven organizations are 23 times more likely to acquire customers, 6 times more likely to retain them, and 19 times more likely to be profitable than those relying on instinct alone.
Here’s what most people miss: this isn’t about a massive overhaul. It’s about finding the small, precise changes that compound — a 5% shift, sustained over time. The hard part was never making the change. It’s knowing exactly where that 5% needs to happen.
That’s the gap Levo Insight closes. We might surface 50 metrics worth tracking, but we always identify the handful that actually move the needle. Deep analysis, simple interpretation, paired with an action plan. You shouldn’t have to become a data analyst to benefit from one.

Our Mission:
Prove small businesses can operate like a large enterprise, powered by data analytics.
Our Values
High Quality
We don’t cut corners to move faster. Every dashboard, every report, every number gets checked before it reaches you — because a client acting on bad data is worse than a client with no data at all.
Precision & Detail
In data analytics, the small things are the whole job. A missed decimal or an unreconciled number can change a decision. An unrecognized space can destroy a measure. So precision isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s the standard.
Winning Mentality
We measure ourselves by your results, not our effort. If a dashboard looks good but doesn’t change a decision, it hasn’t done its job yet.
Follow-Through
When we say we’ll do something, it gets done — no excuses, no follow up required. If something goes wrong, we look at what we could’ve done better first.
Transparency
We give it straight, and we expect the same back. No burying bad news, no dressing up the numbers. Transparency of your data is much more important in order to make impactful changes.
Servant-Minded Workmanship
This work isn’t about us — it’s about showing up for what you actually need, and doing it with real craft. Service without skill is just good intentions.
